Step 6: Registration & Disbursement

After signing the sale agreement with INTERX DEVELOPERS, the bank will disburse the loan amount either

  • Directly to the developer (in case of an under-construction flat)
  • Or to you (for ready flats)

Finally, the property is registered in your name, and you begin paying EMIs as per schedule.
