FIREFIGHTING SYSTEM DESIGN
Building security is a crucial component of any successful business. This includes the safety of both residents and employees, as well as the building itself. Preparing for unplanned events, such as fires, is integral to an effective fire protection system. Our design process considers the critical objectives of a fire protection system: protecting people, minimising recovery time, and safeguarding property.
- Fire Detection:
The Interx developer uses sensors to detect the presence of smoke or high temperatures, which activates an alarm system. The system can also automatically close off hazardous areas and alert occupants in case of a fire emergency.
- Containment:
We construct fire-resistant walls and doors that help contain the spread of flames inside a building by creating physical barriers between different sections of the structure.
- Suppression
We implement a suppression system to put out fires using water, foam, or chemicals before they can cause significant destruction. It may also involve deploying sprinklers and fire extinguishers throughout the building to quickly control any fires.
- Emergency Response
We designed the fire protection system with emergency protocols to ensure that occupants evacuate the building safely and quickly and to provide adequate emergency lighting for visibility during a fire evacuation.
The knowledgeable and expert team at Interx ensures that each project is completed to perfection, combining the best design for your building to result in efficient and modern fire protection systems.
