- We create the comprehensive master plan after the client approves the refined design. This summarises all previous discussions and decisions on costs, materials, safety, landscape impact, sustainability measures, phasing, and other relevant aspects.
- In the final phase, we prepare the documentation, including plans, consultant reports, and other required documents, for a design, reserved matters, or detailed planning application. We support our clients in obtaining the necessary approvals to realize the master plan and ensure a smooth process from the drawing board to the first stone on site.
