MASTER PLANNING & URBAN

The master planning process not only shapes a site's physical structure but also considers aspects such as social equity, economic viability, and ecological sustainability, creating dynamic spaces in which people can work, play, and live. Master planning is a careful process, and we have continually refined this path over the years. It is a collaborative approach that encompasses several phases, aiming to ensure maximum quality and client satisfaction.

Why choose our master planning & urban?

  • We conduct comprehensive market, feasibility, and demographic analyses to inform our decisions. This phase also includes understanding regulatory stipulations, rules, and project planning requirements.
  • We create concept designs based on extensive research, analysis, and understanding of the client’s vision. These initial drafts outline the key elements of the master plan, including aesthetics, functionality, and economy.
  • Our team refines and develops the concept after receiving feedback on the initial designs. At this stage, more detailed drawings are created, covering both architectural and landscape elements and considering any potential practical issues that may arise during construction.
  • Recognising that significant development does not occur in isolation, we carefully plan infrastructure, including highways and access points, drainage, parking, and utilities. In this phase, we also review our designs to ensure smooth movement of vehicles and pedestrians, ensuring easy and safe accessibility.
  • We create the comprehensive master plan after the client approves the refined design. This summarises all previous discussions and decisions on costs, materials, safety, landscape impact, sustainability measures, phasing, and other relevant aspects.
  • In the final phase, we prepare the documentation, including plans, consultant reports, and other required documents, for a design, reserved matters, or detailed planning application. We support our clients in obtaining the necessary approvals to realize the master plan and ensure a smooth process from the drawing board to the first stone on site.
